AIR and BUS VIA CANCUN to MERIDA
Flights are available from Canadian and U.S. gateways to CANCUN. Westjet has direct flights to Cancun from YVR and seasonal service to MERIDA.

Arriving into Cancun and want to get to Merida?
If you are renting a car you do not have to worry since all the car rentals are at Cancun International Airport (CUN). Checking our Yucatan map to get a general idea of your driving to Merida that should take about 4hrs. We do recommend taking the toll highway to save time if you wish and the freeway back to be able to go through all the villages and take a glimpse of how Yucatecans live. If you are taking the bus to Merida it all starts when you leave the airport in Cancun and walk all the way to the right end where there is an ADO desk.  ADO Platino is your most expensive (and luxurious) option with the next level being the ADO GL .The buses are quite frequent.
