Cancellation and other policies:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations for one month or less. Longer bookings will have a ½ month non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The remainder of the rental is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival will have the option to use their deposit toward a future stay within 12 months of the original arrival date. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will forfeit their deposit.

Maximum occupants:

• 4 occupants per apartment 1,2,3, and 5.
• 2 occupants maximum for #4, (studio).

Minimum Booking:

• One week during high season: December through March
• 3 nights April – November
